This is my second Dyson v8, my other one must have been an original. I have 5 dogs, 4 of them long hair with hardwood floors/tile which makes it a breeze to vacuum up the hair daily. Love the improvements on the motorbar cleaner head detangling and no touch bin emptying. Still wish there was a light so I can track all the hair on the floor.....I put a flashlight on the floor now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s been about a month. I can’t believe how much it picks up and how light weight and easy it is to use. Even my 6 year old granddaughter can operate it!

It does a really fantastic job on collecting the pet hair and debris.
Only I was disappointed about the amount of times I need to empty and clean out the drum. Seems like I use it once for approx 10 min and it’s full of pet hair.

Have owned my cordless Dyson for about 3 weeks now.
Have always had cylinder cleaners, so taking a bit of getting used to.
Overall it’s performing okay, but first time I used both heads with the red protection soft strip on them, they are just glued on and not very well I might add, fell off straight away.
I am still trying to get my head round paying so much for a vacuum cleaner, it was a very considered purchase for me.
Is Dyson worth the extra, jury is still out for me.
