Great vaccum but the battery barely last to clean a full room

I’m very disappointed, battery doesn’t last . I can’t even vacuum my living room . And I have a very small living room .

TLDR; Battery lasts up to 5-7 minutes and takes 5 hours to fully charge :(
I bought this machine a month ago since I had heard great things about Dyson products. However, regretting this specific purchase due to it's battery run-time/Life. I would assume the machine would last me a few days of use before needing to recharge, but in reality I quickly found out that's not the case. The battery only lasts about 5 minutes of cleaning before you need to charge it for 4.5 hrs. It literally takes me a week to clean my whole 1 bedroom apartment, when with another product it could take me 15-20 minutes without having to stop and recharge it. Definitely opt for another product unless you need a vacuum for only 5 minutes max every once in a blue moon.

It’s okay. The battery doesn’t last long at all even when following the instructions. I’m really disappointed

charge is horrible does not hold a charge horrible not worth the money I bought for myself so sad I am

I do like my Dyson but wish that you would not have to continually hold the button "on" to clean. It gets hard at my age to continually hold on the "on" button the whole time I am cleaning.
I have an 800 sq foot home in WI on a lake & the battery goes dead before I even get have of this home vacuumed! I will be returning this for sure!
