I have never vacuumed as much and as happily.
I bought this for my daughter several years ago and she loved it.
Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get it for myself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent vacuum, not worth the price.

I recently purchased this vacuum to replace another one that just stopped working. It was a different brand, and I figured I would try Dyson because of the reputation. Honestly, I don't notice any difference between the quality of the vacuum even though my previous one was less than half the price. Using the max performance on the Dyson helps step it up a little, but the directions say not to use it very often because it kills the battery and your motor. Just doesn't seem like the high quality that's advertised or worth the price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an excellent product. I love the ease of handling plus the cordless is just a dream.
So easy to use and operate.
I am a Dyson client for 23 yrs and will continue to be for sure.

This machine barely last 30 minutes worst battery i have ever experienced with any device!!

Unfortunate First Experience

It's weird, but I always wanted a Dyson, but the steep price point always pushed me away. I decided to take the plunge and bought one while it was on "sale" and was excited for it to arrive. Package arrived with a damaged box and was dirty for being "New" vacuum. I was trying to upload a video of the vacuum not working properly, but the website keeps giving me an error when I put the link. The vacuum turns on, but the spin brush heads do not spin constantly. Moreso with the Wand attachment being used, it will stop spinning when I am moving the machine back and forth against my wood floors. Charged it fully and still the same problems. I think I got a dud. For the few times it worked, it did pick up a lot of dirt and fine dust. I will give it that and also the motorheads are pretty east to move around the floor. Boost mode truly drains the battery, but not as fast as I expected. It picks things up fast so you shouldn't have to have it on for long. The back does heat up a bit from the mode I noticed.
Anyways, I can't really recommend the product based on my first experience with it. I will wait and see if the exchanged vacuum works as intended, but if the issues with the motorheads not spinning is a common problem, I will just ask for a refund. For the price you pay for one of these I don't expect all of these problems on the first day.

Picks up everything

Sister got vacuum for me for an early Christmas present. I love it. It has such great suction power. Was able to clean door mat that wasn't getting clean with broom and shaking the mat. Cleans kitchen floor better than me sweeping. Picked up so much dirt off living room rug that my old vacuum wouldn't. I love my Dyson. Light weight, easy to handle and the charging station was so easy to install on wall.

Wife seems to be very happy with it, something she's always wanted ,waited till the price was right,,no need to get to a higher level this one Is just right.Does a great job and easy charge system.Always remember to register your device. I would recommend this Dyson vacuum.

with no electric cord vacuuming is so very easy

With no electric cord I go from one room to another without unplugging and replugging and my time vacuuming is practically cut in half.
