Brand new from Black Friday sale, Does not work

Bought on Black Friday.
The attachments don't spin when connected to a fully charged handle. When on wand they don't spin at all, direct attached they spin for about 5 seconds.
Very disappointed. Have heard lots of good things but was let down.
Filing an issue isn't accessible either.
Regretting buying this online as now I'll have to navigate repackaging and returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Vacuum I’ve Ever Owned

For those in an apartment or smaller condo space + with multiple pets (I have 3), this is ideal. Powerful, space-saving, easy to use/assemble, and sleek/light. Ideal all around.

Love this vacuum! So much easier to do stairs and under beds since it’s so lightweight. Great on wood floors; it gets through the crevices much better than our older upright vacuum. Normal speed suits my needs but nice to have the maximum speed available when required. One of my best purchases, by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model four weeks ago and like it a lot. It’s easy to see how much battery life is left, and the three available power levels are handy for job appropriateness. The battery takes a long time to fully charge which is the only downside.

Now I love to vacuum

This is a life changing appliance. All my life I’ve hated vacuuming. Now I (almost) look forward to it! It cuts vacuum time down dramatically, no fussing with cords, stopping to change settings, and easy to store. I have a dog and it picks up dog hair easily and quickly. No going over and over the same spot. Worth the investment.

HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE

The battery life didn’t even last a year. Now I can only vacuum for less than 60 seconds when the device is fully charged, thank you Dyson. Also, battery gets hot and can burn your hand after light use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
