I enjoy that this product is light weight and fits easily under furniture. However, I do not feel it picks up dirt and hair very well. It certainly does not work well on carpeted floors. I wish I would have spent the extra money to get a more powerful oversized vacuum with a better battery life

I bought the Dyson about one month ago. I like most of the features of the unit, especially the hand unit for doing steps and stairs. One feature I’m very disappointed with is the battery. When you run the unit on Max, it lasts less than 10 minutes. I expected more for what I paid.

I like the weight and it is much quieter than my upright Dyson. I am disappointed in the battery life, needed charging just after one use and it was fully charged. Rater disappointed in the battery knowing how much this vacuum cost me.

I haven't purchased a Dyson vacuum in many years. The first one years ago was constantly clogging with hair and had to manually remove the hair. I thought I would give it another try. Have to constantly hold the on button while I vacuum, and the charge doesn't last very long started out on the maximum level than switched to the minimum setting.

Incredible vacuum! We have 3 dogs and two cats, and this machine picks up so much dirt and hair. The attachments are helpful in hard to reach areas and work well on our hardwood floors. We’ve used this on carpet, hardwood, and tile without loss of suction. The battery does have a shorter run time (40 minutes, which was clearly advertised) but that was not a concern for us; the efficiency of this vacuum was greater than the concern of runtime. Installation of the charging dock was easy, and the battery charges in just a few hours.
I bought this about a month ago. It was replacing the same sweeper I loved. This sweep does not compare to my old sweeper.
