It's like Magic!

Using my Dyson in carpets feels like a magic trick. All the dirt disappear in seconds. It's not as loud as the past models and is lighter as ever before.

Worth every penny

I've never loved a vacuum as much as this! It's perfect for daily cleans and it's super lightweight and convenient. Great for houses with pets too! The only downside is that it doesn't last a super long time on the highest setting. But still worth the investment. Highly recommend!

Only been using my V8 for three weeks. Purchased it to use on our new vinyl flooring, and it works great on area rugs too. It's easy, quick and efficient, really enjoy using it.

Got the Animal V8 about a month ago. Absolutely love it! I actually enjoy going to get it off the wall for a quick clean up or vacuum. I have a 1900 Sq. Ft. townhouse and this vacuum is perfect for it. My townhouse has three floors so very convenient not to have to mess around with a cord. The attachments are great and work well and I find myself using them all the time.
I find the performance of the vacuum to be very good. The suction is great and I have not run out of power yet but I must admit that I normally do not vacuum the whole house at once. I just vacuum where needed. I normally use the standard high suction setting while vacuuming but will hit the max suction if anything is stubborn.
I have seen reviews where some complain about having to use the trigger while vacuuming. I guess I understand if you have issue with your fingers, arthritis or other, where this might be an issue however I love the trigger. It is really just part of the handle and takes almost no pressure to use. For me I feel like I am just holding on to the handle.
Having a trigger also saves batterie power and time when you are moving from area to area. For me I consider the trigger very convenient and much better than having a switch you have to constantly turn on and off. Sorry that I ran on and on about the trigger but reading about the trigger concerned me before I bought my V8. I read all the reviews and I thought people would like to hear other users comment about the trigger if they do not see as a negative.
Anyway, I love my V8 and it fits my needs quite well.

Best vacuum ever!

When I mean mean best vacuum ever… I mean I’m 74 years young, so yes, I have had many vacuums over the years. This has to be the best, the lightest and works fantastic. Highly recommend it to all my age. I hated taking out my “big” old thing to clean, now, everyday I love just walking around and cleaning my home. It also takes little room to store away and in my retirement cottage that is a real plus. Great Dyson.
