I’d like to say I’m happy, but I’m not

This is the third stick vacuum I’ve bought from Dyson. I’m not impressed with the battery life nor the strength. My other two are years old and out perform the new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Machine!

Upright vacuums become more challenging with age, especially when you have stairs you have to clean and maneuver, in addition to pets and while I had very positive experiences with Dyson Uprights in the past, I felt it was time to change to something lighter and is much easier to maneuver.
This is a very intelligently conceived machine.
While uprights might have more suction power overall, the three mechanized rollers do a fantastic job that surpasses any upright I ever owned. The two speeds do matter, but I think the real difference comes from the array of accessories that came with the package from Dyson.
You even get used to the limited charging timeframe and learn to work around it.
It is an outstanding machine that does a great job. I hope I get years of use.

Horrible battery life

I received my Dyson stick as a gift and if I hadn’t I would have returned it. Horrible battery life of my other vacuum stick batteries last longer after charge.

Scratched my hardwood floors

This is my third Dyson, never had an issue until I purchased this stick vac…the plastic under the head of the vacuum scratched my “real” hardwood floors, I was not happy. Instead of having an on/off button, you have to hold a trigger button which hurts your finger for days. The battery only stayed charged for maybe 15 minutes. Very disappointed knowing I have two other Dyson vacuums that work great, just wanted a light weight vacuum because I have allergies and I vacuum more on the main floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three dogs two cockapoos and pit bull so you can imagine how much hair they shed. Primarily the pit bull it works great picks up everything in site! Haha

Bought this vacuum approx .1 month ago. Has great suction. Very disappointed with batery life. You will not get 40 minutes of run time as advertised no matter what level it is operated at. I will not recommend this vacuum at this time. Fix the battery and issue I will.
