I had this for a month it dose not hold a charge. It takes longer to charge than actually use time

This is my fourth V8 stick vac. I have loved all the others and have had no complaints. This one, however, is falling short of my expectations. Perhaps a lemon? The motor stops running frequently while using. The trigger feels different than the other three that continue to work beautifully after many years of frequent use. Also, the head isn't as agile as the others. It struggles to stay in contact with the floor instead of moving freely as the angle of vacuuming changes. I am hoping this isn't a quality due to changes in manufacturing .

This vacuum has good suction for a stick version….I use it almost daily to do a quick once over bc of the hair squalls from my golden retriever. My only complaints are you have to hold the “on” button on the entire time you’re using it (not just turn it on and go) and there is no light to see where you’ve missed spots. But the product is good for what it’s made to do.
I bought like 2 months ago. I never owned a dyson. I was always a person that thought a " Vacuum was a vacuum" and they are all the same. I was so wrong. This thing is light weight, cleans fantastic in one pass, battery last so long. I'm obsessed! I will be buying dyson forever!
Will only stay charged 30-40 minutes. That is not enough time to even vaccum part of my house.

Love the size and weight but the battery life isn’t the best. Charged over night and couldn’t even vacumn my car without it dying. For the price it should last longer than 20 minutes.

Nice machine, cleans effortlessly, but 1.) there is not enough charge to clean the whole house and 2.) it is tiresome to have to hold down the trigger the whole time. And BTW, our house is not large - 1,500 SF.
