Nice for furniture and small spaces

This dyson works really great on furniture and for small or tough to reach spaces. Comes with a lot of nice tools. The battery takes a long time to charge and does not last very long if using max power mode a lot. So far the battery hasn’t been a major issue for me but I only use the V8 for small/quick things and furniture - I use the dyson ball for the rest.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use, love the varied suction options, attachments are great, works wonderfully on wood floors. The only thing is I wish the charge would last longer.

Not Worth the money

Suction is terrible. Battery life is terrible if you use Max mode which has pretty good suction.
Design is very good including the ease of utilizing the cleaning head attachments. The weight is very good as well. Easy to get into tight spots, under furniture and using on stairs.
I only can compare this to my Shark vacuum. Which I prefer over the Dyson. I get better cleaning the drawback is the cord, heavier for stairs and the noise. The Dyson is much quieter, but it also doesn't have the same suction power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you've found the run time your V8 offers to be disappointing. Your Dyson V8™ cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool).
