As the salesman remarked to me, everyone needs a car but it is great to have a motor scooter as well. This motor scooter does a remarkable job. Easy to change the very useful attachments. Fast and easy to use so I use it often and as a result, my house (and car) look a lot cleaner!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Dyson V-8! It’s lightweight, versatile, and vacuums very well. I really love how easy it is to empty and having it mounted on a wall to always charge when I’m finished makes it so handy for the next time. Worth every penny so far (I’ve only had it for a month).

I love that it’s cordless

It works well and I can get under areas easily making cleaning much easier. The only thing I wish is that the battery would last longer because once I get into my cleaning groove I want to keep going but the battery dies so I have to plug it in and wait to start again.

Couldn’t imagine my life without these vacuums

I grew up with one of those vacuum sticks hooked up to the giant rolling dust bag thing and it was the most miserable task. I got to college and invested in a dyson cordless stick vacuum and now I’ve owned 3 ever since and probably won’t ever own a different type again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I read the reviews before to make my decision. I have to say: most of them are very accurate.
So far so good, I am able to vacuum by apartment without any problem (2,000 sqf as a reference). I don't know what will happen in 6 months of a year... if the battery will last as much as now.
It is very light and I love the cordless fact!
The other thing that I love is that I can really vacuum under the sofas, beds... It gives you a good chance to reach far under sofas and small spaces.
My hand is small, so I fell what they said about the bottom that you have to press continuously to vacuum. But to be fair, I read it on a lot of reviews, and I made my decision anyways. So, if you have a small hand, it will hurt a little your thumb.
Another good outcome is that I am using it to vacuum my car. I was using a handheld vacuum. Less time and better outcome!
So far, I love it.

I bought this around a year ago and now it doesn't even last 1 minute after being charged.

Hello Jag, this is Kelly with Dyson. Your Dyson V8™ cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool).
