I like the vacuum overall except that it doesn’t have a on/off switch. You have to keep your finger on the trigger the whole time you are vacuuming and when doing a whole house, it gets tiring and it gave me a blister on the underside of my finger where it rubbed on the inside of the handle.
It does have good battery life, could do 1700 sq ft house without having battery run out.

I love the power of this vacuum it does an amazing job vacuuming up dog hair!! Only downfall is you have to hold the on button down the whole time your vacuuming you can’t just turn it on and the canister is small so needs to be emptied often.

I have used a corded Dyson vacuum for years! They are built to last. I have been using another cordless brand for smaller floor or upholstery cleaning but it does not clean to my liking. This Dyson cordless works so mush better! It still isn’t as powerful as my corded Dyson, but much, much better than the other cordless I had. The cons of this vacuum for me are: 1. Time to recharge after use. 2. Running time per charge. 3. Need to hold the “power button” in order to run the vacuum. The pros of the vacuum are: 1. Excellent suction for a cordless. 2. Easy emplty dirt bin. 3. Docking station for vacuum and tools. 3. Light weight.

I love the Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner! I saw some reviews online saying that the battery only lasts 15 mins but that's only on max mode. I have hardwood floors and I hardly ever use max mode so the batterh lasts way longer! This is a perfect vacuum for a 2bedroom 2bath apartment. I also love all the attachments. I'm so happy I bought this!

I got this vacuum a few weeks ago and it stopped turning on. When trying to get support through the website I was immediately taken to a survey rather than support options. When I got to service, the service guide didn’t help and now I have to chat or call. The chat feature doesn’t work on a cell phone.

Love the lightweight cordless vacuum with many attachments for various jobs. The hard floor cleaner works very well. Vacuuming on carpet requires a fair amount of force, but could be due to our thicker carpet. The two things that are a hassle and making me reconsider my purchase are the trigger-only feature and short battery life. You have to hold the trigger down the entire time for the vacuum to suck, which causes pain and discomfort in my hand and wrist. An on-off switch would be much more user friendly and better for those with disabilities/injuries/arthritis. The battery life is reported to be 40 minutes but is often closer to 20 minutes, even if fully charged. I can clean one room before having to charge again. Getting a full charge takes some time, so to vacuum my 4 bedroom home is an all day affair. Overall, it gets the job done, but I don't know if it's worth it for the price point.
