I HATE HATE HATE this vacuum cleaner

This product is riddled with design flaws and its performance deteriorates quickly with light use. At best, as new, it can only handle spot cleaning. The dustbin release mechanism is fiddly, and the contents cling to the filter so you have the sift out the contents with your hands. It's very difficult to detach the dustbin completely due to an overcomplicated double release mechanism that doesn't really work. There is an infuriating pulsating suction feature that happens when the suction is blocked, which happens constantly, even when there is no clear blockage. The brush head gathers wrapped hair very easily, so be prepared to get your scissors out regularly. It cannot handle anything more than a bit of dust, which means you always have to use the max suction button, which lasts about 10mins before the battery drains if you're lucky. I don't know how long the battery lasts without the max function because the regular suction cannot handle any cleaning. The wall mounted holder is an overly complicated and fiddly feature that isn't worth the bother. This is an outrageously expensive product that under performs and causes an unimaginable amount of hassle. I see this product on second hand donation and marketplace sites constantly, clearly because people want to get rid. Don't believe the hype and save yourself the bother.

Light weight and easy to use daily for maintenance cleaning. Powerful suction and removes pet hair well. The wall mount makes storage convenient.

i bought it a month ago and i have a tiny house. I have to charge it two times to finish the job. I have to use my other stick vacuum which was not very expensive and charge lasts for a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

MAX suction will provide an added boost of power for more stubborn messes or larger debris, and only run about 7 minutes before the battery needs to be recharged. Storage is a breeze. . .which it turns out is about how heavy it is compared to my previous cord vacuums. The ability to use it anywhere due to size, weight, sans cord. . . I really do like just about everything this vacuum offers. There is one thing I do have to pay heed as a result of the powerful suction; my chihuahua is at risk of getting attached to a vacuum if I am not paying attention!
