New Dyson has stopped working after a couple of weeks, very disappointing. Runs for a couple of seconds despite being fully charged. Will be returning!

Battery time is extremely poor. I'll be returning this overly expensive vaccum. I went with Dyson for their expertise and quality but not with this vacuum.

Battery didn’t last for more than 15 mins. Called and got a replacement battery and the same thing happened with the new battery and the vacuum is not more than two months old. Don’t buy!

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever had! It’s light weight and I love not having to deal with a cord. We have two golden retrievers and I need to vacuum at least once a day.
Sucks. Waste of money. Dont believe the hype. The vacume dies out fast. Charging takes a long time.

A couple issues. Not very impressed with how long the vacuum battery lasts. For it to work well on my wood floors I need to have the setting on high which drains the battery much much faster than advertised. If I have it on the low setting it is extremely weak with suction and the power head is slow. It shuts down before completing what I wish to accomplish. Not sure if the swivel head is necessary for such a small vacuum, seams annoying and squirrely. Also the vacuum head is very small which makes regular jobs to take longer. Overall, this is good for spot vacuuming NOT for vacuuming a few rooms or to get the job done.

I bought this to replace a Dyson DC44 Animal vacuum. Battery does not even come close to what the description says it should. Suction is nowhere near what the old vacuum had. I would not of even purchased this one if the other hadn't finally died/
