I will never purchase a Dyson vacuum again

I purchased in December 2022, the vacuum is already broken in August 2023. So apparently Dyson does not build their vacuums to last even a year. And now Dyson sent the wrong part. I do not recommend this product at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes vacuuming fun

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I have all hardwood floors and a couple of cats. It's easy for me to just grab and clean something up or the whole space in a quick moment. Cordless is a way of life. Love it.

Batter life is only 10 min

Pricey/Needs improvements

PRICEY
Should include an extra back up battery for the price and the reasons stated below.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS
Battery: Has 2 settings. Low and high. I use low for hard floors and high for carpeted floors. Most of my home is carpeted. The battery does not last longer that the time needed to vacuum one room, maybe 2 at most, before it dies. Charging the battery takes a very long time. I haven’t timed it, but by the time it was charged, I finished cleaning my house (3200 sq ft) for the day and it was still not charged.
On/off switch: Does not exist. You must hold the trigger the whole time you want the vacuum to run.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Vacuum

No regrets on this vacuum. One of my favorite things in the house. It is great for pet hair in the carpet, dust bunnies on the hardwood floor, and any crumby mess.

Only two wishes is I wish it could stand on it own for pauses and that the spinning didnt stop at half way full
