Two weeks in and I am delighted with this tool! Just wish the battery lasted a itty-bitty longer but I know you're working on it.

Not good battery life.

I love using it but even though it’s fully charged it dies way too quick. Wasn’t even able to vacuum my entire bedroom before it died.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're happy to hear that in your use thus far, you've had a mostly positive experience with your Dyson V8™ vacuum. Your machine does offer two suction modes for your use; regular and MAX. While MAX is great for larger debris or more stubborn messes, when a boost of power is needed, it does also provide the least run time; just about 7 minutes. Regular mode will give you up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized attachment).
If you feel that your V8 might be malfunctioning, we do offer a two-year warranty on this product. Just reach out to our customer support at askdysonUS@dyson.com so we can help.

Battery is great. Suction is amazing. Attachments work nice and the roller never gets clogged with long hair. Also really easy to empty and clean.

Purchased 2 weeks ago, can’t say enough about this powerful stick vacuum and it’s cleaning ability. Bye, bye cat hair on rugs, and crumbs on kitchen hardwood floor.

The Dyson V8 comes with several attachments for all kinds of vacuuming. The suction is amazing along with the ease of removing the dirt from the container. I love that I can easily remove the attachments and click back what I need based on the floor, stairs, cushion, etc. Perfect for big rooms and for small areas.
