This vacuum makes me want to vacuum. I have two long hair hounds and our house is covered with dog hair on the daily. Our V8 sucks up that dog hair no problem! If I had one wish it would be that the tank was a little larger, as it requires us to empty after each vacuuming session, but otherwise we are extremely happy!

The best purchase I have ever made! This vacuum is so light, yet has the strongest suction. I never thought a cordless vac could be as good or actually better than my corded one. The design for hanging the vacuum while charging and hanging the attachments is so convenient. I will never get a different vacuum!

I do not purchase vacuum cleaners often and the last one, an Oreck, finally died. Not having the ability to push a heavy vacuum cleaner, a friend recommended the Dyson V8. I am beyond impressed. First, the construction is so well thought out, just a click to change heads or remove parts. The debris cup never needs to be handled, Just pull the lever and the bottom of the cup opens! I have three shedding dogs, and it picks up pet hair beautifully. I highly recommend the Dyson V8. Great price, and excellent customer service.

Best Cordless Vacuum Cleaner!

I received a cordless Dyson vacuum several years ago as a gift. I told my son it was the best gift I have ever received. When it was time to purchase a new one, I replaced it with the Dyson V8. It has not disappointed. I use it every day and absolutely love it!

This is the best vacuum i’ve ever had. The battery life is so good and despite me vacuuming everyday, it manages to pull up a whole canister of dirt everyday.
