Not good for arthritic hands

For this price you would think there would be a way to keep it running without having to hold the trigger down THE WHOLE TIME. Some sort of trigger lock would be a no brainer, as it gets quite painful on the hand. Other than that it cleans really well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how easy it glides and maneuvers over my new LVP floors.I love the quick release to empty the canister and quick clean up of the filter.

The battery doesn't last long on full power mode. I would say it lasts 12 mins.

Horrible life time on battery

Charged for 2 days and only able to use it for 20 minutes on maximum speed. Then have to charge for at least 12 hours to be able to use it another 20 minutes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Vacuum, horrible battery life

Love the device, but the battery only lasts 6 minutes on maximum and 14 minutes on regular. Will probably return.

Need to constantly charge the battery. I am able to vacuum one area rug and vacuum does and needs to be recharged

It’s ok. Battery life sucks. Wall mount thing is a little janky. Have had it 2 weeks and it is very convenient but worried I should’ve gotten the v15. Might be loosing some suction already. Also, It would be nice to have a light on there even if it wasn’t the crazy terminator scanning one. My cheapo Amazon cordless handheld has one but this expensive thing doesn’t? Grow up Dyson lol. P.s.-So many tools but I only use like 2 of them.
