Battery dies too fast. Charges for too long for it to only last 10mins. Kinda disappointed on how fast it dies.

It is very difficult for me to take apart to empty- in fact I can’t do it at all- my husband has to empty for me.
Also the battery doesn’t last very long at all.

I have 2 dogs and vacuum frequently, certain areas need touch ups more often. Wanted a cordless to make my life easier (things are harder at 68). Very disappointed in this vacuum considering the price and Dysons great reputation. The thing I most dislike is the "on trigger". You have to old the trigger on the entire vacuum. Very difficult with arthritic hands. Second disappointing feature is the suction, very weak on the low setting, which only gets you about 25 minutes if your lucky. The Turbo suction is better, but only gets you a few minutes. Would have expected longer running batteries at this price. Very unhappy with my purchase. I had another cheap cordless that had as much going for it as this one. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that it is light weight and maneuvers well. Have only had it about a month, so we will see how it holds up. Seems a slightly flimsy build.

Charge it overnight. Use it for five minutes and the power goes out. One second back on the charger and it's running again for a couple of minutes. Wish it worked as advertised...

Love the features

We love our new Dyson. Used a broom all the time on my dark floors and all it did was move things around. With my Dyson I I can just sweep over the area and it is gone. Love the strong suction. So happy with my purchase.

Not good for arthritic hands

For this price you would think there would be a way to keep it running without having to hold the trigger down THE WHOLE TIME. Some sort of trigger lock would be a no brainer, as it gets quite painful on the hand. Other than that it cleans really well.
