The battery and performance is what I dislike from this equipment. It doesn’t hold enough battery life when I vacuum two small rooms. It lacks the strength of a basic vacuum. I see myself using my broom more than my Dyson as it takes forever to charged.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum for seniors. I am 75 year old senior with 2 Schnauzer dogs who lives in my daughter’s home. I wanted a vacuum to keep up my 2 room living area, This Dyson is perfect. There are no cords, so no trip hazard for me. It is lightweight, easy to store and ready to use. I use it daily to keep up with the dog hair and it empties out without having to remove any parts. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The battery stops & starts sporadically . I haven't even had it one week and there are already issues with the power . This is probably my 10th Dyson vacuum but the first time I have experienced a problem immediately .

NO WHERE did it state that you have to continuously hold down the button to vacuum. What a hassle.

Battery dies too fast. Charges for too long for it to only last 10mins. Kinda disappointed on how fast it dies.

We love our new Dyson. Used a broom all the time on my dark floors and all it did was move things around. With my Dyson I I can just sweep over the area and it is gone. Love the strong suction. So happy with my purchase.
