The vacuum is great but after using it for about 2 years, the battery dies after 5 minutes of vacuuming. For such a supposedly high quality vacuum, this should not happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very happy with the everything the Dyson has to offer. So, nice to have a great, easy to use vacuum. My house is already sooo much cleaner.

Lots of Varoom For a Home with Pets

This is our 2nd purchase of this model. Had one downstairs and decided to purchase one for upstairs, as well. We have a golden retriever and german shepherd so without these in our home, vacuuming twice a day would be a chore. This makes the task easy. Love how it can go from hardwood, tile and carpet without a hitch! Great suction and attacks pesky hair, fine debris and keeps our home clean! Can't live without them!

I researched a lot before finally buying a dyson. It was worth every penny. It’s so quick and easy to use. With 2 dogs in the house I need something that easily picks up dog hair. It’s so light weight too.

Just what I needed!

I love this vacuum cleaner. It's lightweight and I can vacuum up the stairs without getting super tired. The attachments have been great for vacuuming couches and chairs, Also quick cleanup dog hair on the kitchen floor.

This has turned out to be a fabulous buy. The only disappointment is that the ‘power’ button/trigger must be held during the entire duration you use it.

Good until it's not

We've had this vacuum for a year and used it about once to twice a week in our 4 story townhome with a shedding pup. It was working fairly well until it turned 1 year old and just completely died. It won't charge or turn on. Pretty expensive vacuum to only have 1 year's worth of juice... bummed about that.
