I got this for Mother’s Day. Battery doesn’t last even 30 minutes. Could have been great. Easy to use, great suction and overall nice vacuum.

Easy to carry up and downstairs!

This is the first vacuum that I have owned that picks up sand. Very happy with my purchase. Accessories are easy to attach. It is mounted on the wall in a convenient location which makes it easy for me to vacuum up after my cat. I have 2 flights of stairs that previously I carried my other vacuums up and down the stairs and as my ability to maintain balance is dwindling I feel much safer carrying my Dyson up and down those stairs. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Bought being a Dyson..Huge let down

Bought this with high expectations being a Dyson. Was let down. This vacuum does not work on oriental rugs. After fully recharging I vacuumed my stairs and foyer. It died in less than 20 minutes. It takes 5 hours to charge. Would not recommend this.. ever.

Not the quality we are used to from Dyson. Canister is super small and the vacuum is really loud especially on non carpeted floors. Really disappointed.

Dyson broke after three weeks

I was dissappointed in this Dyson. After three weeks I had to return it as the when emplying the dust the head of the vacumn and came completely off. I got it back in but it was not working well. I have to save honestly it was cheaply made plastic. The quality in Dyson just isn't there anymore.

I have been using my Dyson for a couple of weeks. I like that the attachments can be easily taken off and put back on. I like its weight and maneuverability! I don’t really like that the power button must always be held down with my finger while in operation. It’s something I hope to get used to. Otherwise all is great!
