I am so disappointed in the run time, maybe 20 minutes. The power needs a switch to keep it on. It hurts my finger holding it on. I am thinking about returning it!

I was never so disappointed in all my life. I couldn’t even finish two rooms of vacuuming before the battery died so sad that you pay this kind of money and you can’t even complete a vacuum job in 1000 square-foot home.

Battery does not last. It wont last long enought to finish vaccuming

This machine does work great, when it works. The only problem we've had is that it does not have enough power to vacuum even 1/2 of our house (which is not very big). Just 2 small (20 sq. ft.) hallways, a small living room and an even smaller kitchen/dining room combo, then it has to recharge. For the price, I feel that the batter power should last longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does everything I had wanted. I was very disappointed, however, that I had to keep my finger on the trigger switch to keep it going. Arthritic fingers cannot sustain that long time of pressure. It's very painful.
Even after charging for hours and at times overnight the battery doesn’t last for more than 10 minutes of vacuuming.
