We’ve had this vacuum cleaner almost a month, and so far it is everything I hoped it would be. The suction is terrific! We have both carpet and vinyl flooring (yuk), and this thing goes from one to the other quite well. The couple of times I’ve bumped it to full power, the fully charged battery has lasted only a few minutes. Thank goodness the slower speed meets our needs most of the time. One of my primary uses of this vacuum is upholstery cleaning. It does a fine job. One of us is blessed with piles of long, long hair, which she sheds constantly all over the house. The Dyson manages that hair beautifully. I have far fewer roller clogs and tangles with the Dyson than with other vacuums. The swivel head is a little awkward to use, partly because the machine is so heavy. I am old, arthritic, and feel the weight and the swivel difficulties keenly. Thank goodness I only need to use this machine a few minutes at a time. The easy release dust bin works better than any I have owned. The filters seem to be doing a good job. We have so far used only the upholstery/pet brush and the hard surface roller. As I learn more about the machine and use it for a longer period of time, I will update my review, if that is possible. For now, we are quite pleased.

Excellent suction and easy to maneuver. The canister is difficult to empty and open and close. I feel like I have to be a little bit forceful with it.And I am afraid to break it. I found that those black screws it came with a hanging part are very long and it left the attachment hanging loosely on the wall, as I could not screw the screws.In all the way. I am still struggling with this. And ebinbot, a one inch piece of board too, at space. Maybe just user error. Overall I'd love this vacuum! A bit pricey? And I hope it lasts as I use it every day.
