I do not like this vacuum and will be returning it. I do not like the fact that it rubs the top of my thumb raw and makes it bleed while vacuuming a small home (~1330 sq. ft.) and I do not like the fact you cannot turn on a button to keep it running. I was very excited to get this vacuum and had high hopes for it but am very disappointed. It does a great job of cleaning and the suction is good but the very first time I used it, after fully charging, it only lasted 15 minutes on the regular setting and then died with no warning. It also takes a very long time to charge. Overall, not happy with the product and surprised to be saying that. I always thought Dyson products were so awesome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just opened my new Dyson that I was excited to purchase, however it has the new dust container in it. I do not like it at all! I thought I was purchasing the one with the older dust container style that comes off to empty. Very sad!!!

Disappointed. Fully charged battery only lasts for 5 minutes of use

This vacuum does a great job but there are a few things I don't like. I have to hold the button in to keep it running. I can't just turn it on. Also, it doesn't have a light on the floor brush. My last vacuum had a light and it helped a lot to see the dust and where I needed to vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Returned this vacuum. Didn’t hold a charge longer than 30 minutes. About the time I was going hung ho vacuuming and dusting baseboards and crown molding the thing dies. So sad, I really wanted it to work.
