Nice design, lightweight, good suction when on max, but a full charge only lasts 5-7 minutes, and that's not enough. Also have to keep pressing the trigger button for the machine to keep running, and there are only 2 modes, low and max.

The battery life on this thing is terrible and I guess it’s my fault for not knowing that the power button must be held down the entire time in order to use it but that really stinks- instead of having an “on” “off” button. It does suction well.

I bought my wife this for Mother’s Day and the battery keeps over heating and not keeping charge as it says it should.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Haven’t been able to use it yet. Brand new and won’t turn on. Waited for battery charger 5-7 days. Didn’t work won’t ship it faster. Now waiting on battery another 5-7 days. Won’t ship this one sooner either. Do better!

Love Dyson vacs. Husband bought the V8 Absolute for our home. He didn't realize we don't need the attachment for hard floors. Entire home is carpet. Only hard floor in kitchen. (Wish he would've told me before he bought this. I would've purchased V8, not V8 Absolute.)
