I had similar Dyson for 15 years and loved it. This new one has only 10 minutes of battery life. Really disappointed

The battery life is so short...Why? I charged for 24 hours the first time and it stops after 10-15 minutes
I would appreciate feedback on this feature because it does a great job but I have to plug in and wait for another day to finish a different room.

We would really love to use our Dyson vacuum. But they sent us a new battery. That didn’t take care of it now they are going to send a new charger cord. I hope that helps. I heard that Dyson is such a great brand and we have not been able to use it. Very disappointed at this time.

Used it four times before the battery stopped working Dyson sending me a new battery. It’s gonna take over a week to get it.

The battery isn’t meant for a lot of cleaning. You gotta move fast. The battery runs out and to get a secondary battery will cost. I’m a bit disappointed. The suction is great. The battery sucks.

I have 2 golden retrievers who shed A LOT. My boyfriend has always been a Dyson guy and suggested I get their stick vac. My previous stick vac, which I LOVED, was Orelco and they went out of business. My complaints: I HAVE TO HOLD DOWN THE SWITCH THE ENTIRE TIME I USE IT!!! REALLY??? This is ridiculous and actually hurts my knuckles. Which of their "brilliant" engineers couldn't come up with an ON/OFF switch like every other hand held powered device (other than a skill saw LOL). The other complaint : the Size of the dirt container barely gets me through one room without having to empty.

Battery was holding up only for 5-11 minutes, otherwise is a good vacuum
