Taking it back. Not near worth the money. Won’t vacuumed carpet or rugs. Sure expected more. Wildly overrated

Did work out of the box. The battery wouldn’t charge. Dyson is sending a replacement charger. We’ll see if that does the trick

I like the suction power. That works well. When we got the Dyson, we thought it came with the attachment for cleaning the couches, but it did not. We thought that was strange as there is a spot to hang it with the other attachment. I do not like that you have to keep pressing the on switch. This rubs up on by thumb and gave me a bruise believe or not. With that said I do not like how that part of the machine is designed. It should just be an on switch that you do not have to keep pressing to make the Dyson running. This is why I only gave 3 stars.

Battery life is not long enough to clean my house without having to stop and recharge.

For the price I paid I would expect the battery to last longer than 15 minutes. Then it takes 3 to 4 hours to charge. And I just got it. Don’t waste your money.

We appreciate the work our new Dyson 8 accomplishes. For us it quickly digests all the crumbs, loose soil, hair, etc that find their way to the floor. Dependable & easy to use.
