Poor ergonomics and battery life

Battery life is terrible and ergonomics are bad. It rubbed my skin raw where you hold the main unit. Having to continue to depress the trigger the full time also very uncomfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life is so short...Why? I charged for 24 hours the first time and it stops after 10-15 minutes
I would appreciate feedback on this feature because it does a great job but I have to plug in and wait for another day to finish a different room.

We would really love to use our Dyson vacuum. But they sent us a new battery. That didn’t take care of it now they are going to send a new charger cord. I hope that helps. I heard that Dyson is such a great brand and we have not been able to use it. Very disappointed at this time.
