Poor battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first the phone worked great. However within a couple of months, the battery started draining rapidly. I followed every step to reduce battery drain but nothing stopped it. Over the past few weeks no chargers are working properly and I have even had issues keeping the charger in the port. It often says slow charging or just stops charging all together. I have awakened to an almost dead phone on some mornings even though it has been connected all night. I am very disappointed. I have not been able to use Galaxy AI.

Great camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera on this phone is amazing! Takes very detailed pictures and when you zoom in the quality remains. The videos taken by this phone is amazing! Especially in pro mode. Filming soccer games in 8k looks great when you're making content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra every day as both my work phone and my personal phone, and honestly, it has been one of the best phones I’ve ever had. Since I rely on one device for pretty much everything, I needed something that could keep up with a busy day, and this phone really does. I use it from the morning until the end of the night for work, messages, emails, photos, videos, streaming, and everyday personal stuff, and it handles all of it without feeling like it’s struggling.
One of the biggest things for me is battery life, because I do not want to be worrying all day about charging my phone. With the Galaxy S25 Ultra, the battery has been really impressive. I use my phone heavily every day, especially for work and communication, and it still lasts me through the day very well. That alone makes a huge difference, because when you depend on your phone for both personal and professional use, you need to be able to trust it. I don’t want to carry a charger everywhere or feel stressed when I’m out, and this phone gives me that peace of mind.
Another thing I really love is the camera. The camera on this phone is amazing. I use it all the time, whether I’m taking quick everyday pictures, more detailed photos, or recording videos. The pictures come out sharp, clear, and detailed, and it does a really good job in different lighting too. Some phones look great only in perfect conditions, but this one has been consistently good for me.

Powerful Gaming Chip, Great AI, Better Cooling

The AI tools have been genuinely helpful in my daily life, particularly with organization, communication, and simplifying tasks. Post-stroke, having assistance has made a noticeable difference in how easily I can use my phone. Performance is strong across the board, including gaming. The chip handles demanding games with no problem, delivering smooth gameplay, fast load times, and consistent responsiveness. Multitasking is also quick and reliable. That said, one area that could be improved is thermal management. During extended use, especially with gaming, the device tends to get warm. A better cooling system would help maintain peak performance.
Overall, this is a powerful device, and the Galaxy AI features truly stand out as a meaningful upgrade.
