I love Samsung but I have some major issues with the phones. First thing is the screen glare and brightness are definitely not what they say. Even in cloudy skies the screen is almost unusable even with all the settings turned all the way up. The glare is not as bad as the s23 ultra but still terrible. It has to be dark to even see the screen. Second thing is the camera. DO NOT SAY THE CAMERA TAKES GREAT PICTURES. The s23 ultra took way better pictures at night and low light. The zoom is a joke. I can't zoom in more than 10x before it gets so grainy and will not focus at all. My suggestion is do not put out another phone until you fix the issues with the current one. Because I will not waste my money on another phone and if you don't then it's goodbye Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s25 ultra is hands down the best phone I've ever had. Seamlessly navigate through apps with ease, take Beyond stunning pictures. Smooth operation of the device but my favorite part is the stylus and how easy it is to use with the phone very impressed and pleased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a bit of an Android power user, so that bit will bias my review. My previous phone was an LG v60, which I loved. After 5 years of dutiful service, I upgraded.
What an upgrade. The battery life is fantastic, even with my constant meddling and fidgeting with settings and apps that drain the battery like a horde of vampires. The screen is crisp and responsive to touch AND the S-Pen, which writes like a mini notepad on the lock screen (a very handy feature for those who forget things and need reminders). The camera(s) really surprised me - they perform very well in a very wide array of light conditions, and can zooooooom. The zoom is impressive beyond my expectations. The built in AI features at first were a bit of wasted space, but once I found their "niches" in my routines, it was very time saving. I also own a Galaxy Watch 7, so the synchronicity between the 2 is handy indeed. Sleep mode on both can be activated by the other, which is also nice.
All in all, it performs above and beyond my requests in a day, both reasonable and not. I highly recommend this device (as well as a nice case for it!).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a Note 2, followed by an S21, and now the S25 Ultra. The absence of the S Pen was a significant drawback; I am pleased with its return. It's light years faster then the 21. There's so many new features. The audio erasure is pretty neat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new phone. I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. I really didn't want to upgrade my phone but I ran out of storage. The camera quality is the same but the phone is smaller and I can't set up my text messages in categories where I can just click on a category like family, Barber or choir. That is my only gripe right now. If I can get my categories out would definitely be a rating of 5 stars.
