[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since switching to a galaxy phone i wouldnt switch back. I particularly like how user friendly the phone is and its systems. I really like the use of galaxy ai. It helps me find things i am looking for quicker. The only thing i would say i miss from the 24 galaxy ultra to the 25 ultra is the overall squarish look the 24 had. Overall it is a very good phone. I love the camera quality since i need to record often for my work.

Love my Galaxy S25 Ultra!

I primarily use it for communicating and a bit of mobile gaming but I also love the connectivity of everything in Smart Things!
The Galaxy AI is also awesome!
So easy to improve photos with some tweaks and add fun custom stickers to texts in no time.
I've also made a few fun songs for my 2 year old and she loves them!
This phone has so many awesome features it's unbelievable!

This product has great features BUT needs optimize

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a Samsung phone user for years and was excited about Galaxy AI, but honestly this experience has been disappointing. My old Note 20 actually feels more reliable and practical than this newer device.
A lot of features randomly disable themselves without warning, and having to constantly re-enable settings when I’m busy gets frustrating fast. Instead of feeling like a step forward, it sometimes feels like Samsung is making things more complicated.
Galaxy AI has potential, but so far it hasn’t impressed me the way I expected. I still love Samsung devices overall, but I really hope future updates focus more on stability, consistency, and user experience instead of just adding new AI features.
