Great phone except.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the phone about a year and it's great. The only downside is the camera. It started making a rapid clicking sound and the frame jumps along with the clicking. I read the only way to fix this is to have a new camera installed. What a pain. The AI is nice though.

The design feels premium and comfortable to hold despite the large display. The screen is exceptionally bright, sharp, and smooth, making it perfect for watching videos, gaming, and everyday use.
Performance is outstanding. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and demanding games run smoothly without noticeable lag. The battery life is excellent and easily lasts through a full day of heavy use.
The camera system is one of the strongest features of this device. Photos are highly detailed with accurate colors, and the zoom capabilities are impressive. I really enjoy this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find that the camera could still be a bit better. Along with more editing options to get rid of the blurry ness. At one time there was a setting for taking motion shots which i thought was great addition..... then it went away. I enjoy the Ai editing tools. Wish there was a better way to detect spam calls, texts, and emails.

Very Solid Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very solid phone my only complaints are with the ant reflective coating the oliophobic coating starts to wear over time causing some smudges on your screen constantly so get a screen protector and then there a couple of minor bugs the one ui 8.5 update seemed to fix some but for calling if you don't hang up for some reason the phone volume will stay as the call volume and then the battery life before one ui 8.5 was so terrible so make sure your phone is updated

Second Samsung phone& the biometrics don't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the s24 ultra and the Biometrics specifically the fingerprint sensors quit working and there is no way to get it fixed so I upgraded and I am still paying payments on the s25 ultra and now that by metric system in fact did quit working as well. I am debating switching even though I have been Samsung loyal now for the past 15 years.
