Easy to repair....

If your device’s touchscreen freezes or doesn’t respond, it doesn't necessarily indicate a fault. It could be caused by a problematic app or screen cracks. If your phone has a case, ensure it doesn’t hinder fingerprint recognition. Adding multiple fingerprints can help, as each use may differ slightly. For screen responsiveness, if you use a screen protector, verify that Touch sensitivity is enabled by going to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity. To improve performance, go to Settings > Device care > Optimize now (or Battery and device care on some models) to close apps and free memory. Your feedback on responsiveness drives us to improve software and hardware for better unlocking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for almost 3 years now and honestly I'm pretty rough on phones and break them quite frequently but this phone has lasted I love that it has a feature that tells me when it detects moisture in my device and prevents me from charging it so that it doesn't get messed up, I love the camera on it and all the modes you can select from
