If your device’s touchscreen freezes or doesn’t respond, it doesn't necessarily indicate a fault. It could be caused by a problematic app or screen cracks. If your phone has a case, ensure it doesn’t hinder fingerprint recognition. Adding multiple fingerprints can help, as each use may differ slightly. For screen responsiveness, if you use a screen protector, verify that Touch sensitivity is enabled by going to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity. To improve performance, go to Settings > Device care > Optimize now (or Battery and device care on some models) to close apps and free memory. Your feedback on responsiveness drives us to improve software and hardware for better unlocking.
