Software update problem

The apps which needs higher security such as credit cards didn't work. After contacting the bank it was down to old software on the phone. I was unable to update even after doing a factory reset, before loading apps. Then contacted Samsung help twice, first time was pointless second more helpful but unable to fix it even using Samsung smart switch. Sent the phone back.

Galaxy A26 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Samsung fan for some time now but because of cost I usually didn't have the opportunity to have one. This phone was affordable considering the base storage is 128GB, it's a Galaxy so it has the ability to take great photos with different settings or functions or whatever you want to call them, it comes with Knox security to keep you safer online, you can set it to something called "maintainence mode" to keep personal information private if you have to send it out for repairs (I don't think I would have ever thought about it had I not seen the option.) The features for you to connect your other Samsung devices with ease are available. I've had the phone about 6 months and haven't had any issues or used all the features. It's got 2 SIMS. The battery is holding up fine as well as the speed of the phone. I'm glad I waited a little longer than I wanted to so I was able to get the Samsung Galaxy A26 5G instead of ending up with one that had half the storage and half the camera quality for the same price from a different brand.

This product has many great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung galaxy A26 5g, I use it for multiple things. Obviously for calls and texts, the text features on this device are better than any device I've owned. I watch movies and videos and they are crystal clear, beautiful graphics. And video calls are great with this phone. Taking photos that are beautiful and have great editing built in. The sound quality of calls, videos, and movies is great. I also play games on this device and all game run smoothly. Everything about this device is perfect.

SAMSUNG is an amazing dependable brand for all the products I used to have a Galexy Note that aged out after many years 4 plus I didn't have much money at the time so I had to buy the A26 it was a major downgrade for me especially the camera and RAM speed. This phone is less in every category and requires me to turn it off and on often to speed it up via the pop up messages it sends me multiple times a day. I look forward catching a blessing someday soon to be able to go back up in Samsung quality with a new note or flip.
