[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is not great. The phone is slow, the update made the phone so much worse, the phone has this accidental touch feature that is awful. Overall bad.

The Quick Optimization feature helps your phone run smoothly by finding apps that use too much battery, clearing out unnecessary clutter, scanning for malware, and closing apps that run in the background. It's a simple process just head to Settings, swipe to and tap Device Care, then tap 'Optimize now,' and finally hit Done. For more tips on keeping your device in top shape, check out the helpful article linked below. We know accidental calls or messages can be a bit embarrassing, especially when your phone is in your pocket or bag. Luckily, your Galaxy phone has a handy feature that helps prevent pocket dials, and you can customize the touch settings to suit you. Just follow the link below for more details. Some great features, wish it had more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the phone, it has some amazing features (much better than my last phone) but I wish it was a little more powerful. I use the Galaxy AI all the time, but it never really has the answer that I'm looking for. I mostly just use it for alarm setting and utilities now. On top of this, it seems like the network connectivity is pretty bad. It might be my provider, but I see other people use my same provider and have no issues at all. The storage is pretty good for a lower end phone, so at least it's got that going for it.
