This is a great router! I just wish they could’ve offered more Ethernet outputs then just one. I would’ve liked a dedicated output to a second router instead of having to go through a slower switch.

Installing was easy, though the first location I tried for the satellite didn’t have good signal from the root, and I had to move the satellite closer. Instantly increased the speed by 2X on my WiFi 6-capable iPad Pro. Signal coverage also improves, so I can remove one older WAP.

Good, solid router. Terrible setup process. Could not assign different network names to each band, could only assign one network name. Wouldn’t be a problem if the setup process told me I could name each band something different. Has to rest router six times before setup finally completed. Last step says will take 1-2 minutes, took more than 10. Solid router when setup.

Price of these latest technology routers can not be beat! I’m in the process of repositioning and testing three of the pro 6E routers that replace others I owned. The routers only accept WYZE cam software. You cannot install other security software or an expanded version of the security software available. I don’t see this as a negative at this time as there have been extensive and excellent updates to them before my recent purchase and based on my past experiences with WYZE cam there will be many more to come.

Super easy setup!!! The only problem I had was with my ISP. My old router was so inconsistent on its functionality that I was unable to realize that bright house wasn’t sending me the Internet speeds I was paying for and had not been for a while.
