I love this router so much, I am purchasing my 4th one to start upgrading my main home. The speed, 6E capability and reliability are amazing. I read other reviews of this product before buying my first one mentioning that the unit runs hot. That is true, but I have never had an issue with this, perhaps because I put spacers under the feet (wine corks!) to increase the open space below the router, thus assuring adequate ventilation. I would not hesitate to recommend this router to my friends.
Though it's supposed to cover 4,000 sq. ft., it cannot communicate with a room less than 100 feet from the modem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have google fiber internet. I have no problems with internet. HOWEVER when price dropped to half price for black friday i snagged this to run ALL my cameras through. My 5ghz network with a mesh extender doesn't reach the furthest point of my property. Once i hooked this triband router up my Cam Pro spotlight now holds full signal. One of the best purchases i made.
Got the two-pack. Root router worked great and provided good coverage. 2nd router failed to pair with the root router, even after over a dozen attempts, even when relocated much closer to the root.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
