You claim how it's better than the cable company's router. But you lack customization. I can't turn off any of the wifi channels. I want this for wifi 6e only. My older router is fine on all the rest. I'm a tech and can't believe how little settings I can change and customize. Other than that it seems ok. I have more settings to change on my router from the cable company.

My 5 year old mesh router, purchased at the onset of the pandemic, was end of life and no longer transmitting on 5GHz. I went with Wyze because of the price and wi-fi 6E was as far as I wanted to spend. I took the opportunity to relocate in the house this new router. Otherwise the router coverage is fine for my needs: 1 upstairs, one in the basement (elevated) to help coverage upstairs. No more dead zones. I'm surprised by how much this router takes care of business behind the scene. Not very many manual settings to thinker with. Main thing is that it works fine like that. Setup was a breeze. I am using 6GHz as the backhaul no problems.

Nice and easy but not as good as advertised specs

Easy setup and installation. Nice small, low profile units. App doesn't identify connected devices (like fing does). Replaced my Arris AX7800 mesh, these do not perform as well with connection strength.
