Overall it functions well. Had difficulty upgrading the firmware but was finally able to update it. Also pay attention to what bandwidth you choose to use for each of your devices for best performance.

Unreal wireless signal hardwire needs help

I’m not quite sure if I’ve manage to set up an Ethernet cord wrong but my hard wired speed is a third of my wireless. But if that is my only complaint then I don’t have to much to hate on this product. The set up was quick and simple never needed to contact my service provider for assistance. The nighthawk app is well run and launch screen shows everything needed. It’s a quality product that has one kink.
