The app not longer sends the alerts to my phone. Cannot connect my husbands phone to the wifi. Never got through to a live person in Customer service after 4 tries and extended hold times. Works just fine for everything else in the home.

Except if you have an older computer. Having a hard time getting my daughter’s slightly old Asus gaming computer to connect to the WiFi in this router. Will keep trying because of the sentimental attachment to this computer (was her dad’s before he passed)

Love this Router. I also bought the Nighthawk CM2000 Modem for use with my new 800Mbs Xfinity internet. Speeds are amazing!

Fast router with good coverage

Router is easy to set up with Nighthawk software. There are three channels with two 5GHz channels allowing for faster speeds. Also, coverage is quite good.. up to 3500 sq ft. However, updating the firmware is a pain. I have not been able to update the firmware even using the manual process of connecting with an Ethernet wire.
