Fast and reliable.

I’m a gamer and I need a router that is fast enough for gaming. I was not disappointed with the R8000P. Besides the fact internet speeds, I am also impressed at how much control I have over my home network. The R8000P paired with the Nighthawk app by Neatgear, gives you all of the control you need for your home network. Since the R8000P is a tri-band router, you can have up to 3 separate WiFi signals. One 2.4GHz signal and two 5GHz signals. There’s about 30 devices in the house and the router is not even breaking a sweat.

Nighthawk Wins with Simplicity!

After months of slow connections and drop offs, I made the jump to Nighthawk X6s. The simplicity of connecting and getting it up and running is commendable. Now I have rapid connections and no drops with my internet connections. I recommend Nighthawk for anyone wishing to step it up a few notches!

Netgear X6S AC4000

With the recent covid outbreak, I’ve been having to work from home and needed a router upgrade due to The vpn i had to connect to requiring large amount of bandwidth; as did the school computers for the kids - now you see my dilemma. I did some thorough research and came across this router and boy it did not disappoint!!! I have my DOCSIS 3.0 32x8 modem connected via CAT6a ethernet cables to this and i am getting 600mbps at the minimum now! And the range is definitely noticeable. My Netgear AC1200 didn’t stand a chance. Its okay tho! Reason being is i set up the AC1200 in the kids room as a LAN to LAN connection to ensure they don’t worry about internet as well. Now the whole house is covered!!

So Far So Good

I am apprehensive to review something I have had in-service for only a week, but all looks so favorable - so why not? It was easy to install, being a moderate technical person I was really apprehensive about the install, but it was seamless. The ongoing problems with the old router - buffering and dropping off - have almost all disappeared (our service provider is typically the problem, not the router). Our house and garage are about 4,000 square feet, so I selected this one that purported to handle “big homes”; so far so good!

Wow this is an amazing router, easy to set up, can manage it from my I-phone, it is very fast and can handle my fios set up and it covers my whole house. Love it!

Great Coverage for 5000 sqft Home

Easy setup and connection to my internet service. Have a Netgear Voice/Data Modem as well. Works as described in coverage of home - no dead spots. Have had challenges in downloading firmware. The Nighthawk app is extremely helpful in managing wi-fi.

This product totally corrected our internet WiFi strength. The carrier provided a subpar router and we bought this. WOW! I highly recommend this router. It has great range for multiple devices - smart TV, grill, phones, pads, etc. Thank you for a great product!
