The WiFi router boosted my home wi fi to a great level; I gave it 3 stars because the unit is a bit confusing on how it operates, better/simple how the unit operates would kick the unit to 5 stars!

What I had hoped

I had a good AC modem/router, but it seemed like it was degrading. I was constantly restarting and despite having no actual dead spots, the throughput would occasionally spike high and low which was a problem for my media center. The Nighthawk increased my throughout connection by about 30% and streaming is outstanding. More than anything I really like the web interface and how customizable everything is. Highly recommended.

Great product

I just threw my Linksys away. It gave me half the speeds I was paying for and didn’t work at all on my phone. Now I have a Netgear Modem and Router. I get more speeds than what I pay for plus it connects to all of my devices. Simple setup using the app and now I’m killing my download and upload times! Thanks Netgear!

Should have upgraded earlier

Previously had a older nighthawk two band router. Router worked fantastic but my family streams a lot and I also play Xbox every night. Had the opportunity to upgrade to the TRI-band and will not look back. I now wish I upgraded earlier. Have my Xbox on its own band it has no drop off when my wife or kids are watching tv or playing games on there iPad. I would highly recommend this product

Awesome Router

This router is awesome. I have an Apple TV, PS4 Pro, WiFi cameras, Phones, iPad, etc. all connected and this device hasn’t skipped a beat. Highly recommended. The app is cool and made setup a breeze.
