I live in a 2 story house and needed to upgrade. This netgear r8000p has great coverage and fast 3 independant signals. Best purchase made. Also using a netgear modem.

Good device, but very intrusive marketing

I was able to set up my R8000P without too much trouble, but only after setting up a Netgear account, a "MyNetgear" account, and a readyshare account. I was barraged with advertisements every step of the way - including multiple pop-ups while on the browser configuration page.

Internet Stability

Speed is fine, but for some reason the internet cuts out in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. Very annoying due to working at home and could not connect to meeting.
