This router replaced an old antiquated model. What a step up. Set up was a breeze and it handles multiple devices on our network like a champ!!!

Great router, no issues except the auto update for firmware update lags behind the software you can download and install. Especially with the recent security update. I had to download it and install since the router and app said it was up to date.

Daily, I install fiber optic internet, phone, and TV networks on both residential and commercial properties. I constantly get asked which router I would consider to be the best pick, My answer is always Netgear! I show customers different size Netgear routers to fit their needs and the size of their home. I’ve been a Netgear customer for quite and well and love their products. So I recently upgraded from the AC1750 to the X6S AC4000, let me tell you, this thing is an absolute beast. With this router centrally based in my home, I get complete and total coverage on the majority of my property, including outside, detached workshop, etc. As an installation professional as well as a consumer, I highly recommend this amazing router!!!!!

So my mother and I have been having a problem with our wifi for years. I play a lot of video games and love to be online while she needs to complete her work on the computer with reliable internet. It has always been a struggle for us for “the fight for bandwidth” but purchasing the nighthawk router solved our problem. I could not be happier and I highly recommend.

Had no idea as to wha t I would be getting when I upgraded my router. The 3 different WiFi connections and the built in security protection is awesome. No need to go anywhere else!!!

Should have bought a year ago, our WiFi has been seriously lagging with the addition of security and personal devices between ourselves and two kids over the last year or so. Everything runs great now! No freezing or buffering! Love it!
