Looses Connection

There is a delay for devices connecting to WiFi using this router when they are first utilized out of sleep mode. I have noticed this with my desktop computer and have had to wait several minutes for it to re-connect. I have experienced delays in email server connecting and also on my phones not recognizing WiFi for a few minutes.
