Great Coverage

Nighthawk X6S router has a great coverage range. I have a two story house that has anywhere from 25-50 items attached to the WIFI at one time. The Nighthawk gave me the power and the coverage to keep my smart home online without dropping the signal strength. Great product!!!

VERY EASY TO INSTALL

I was amazed at how quick and easy it was to install; I used the phone app and it became as simple as unplugging the old, plugging in the new. It even transferred all my family and device connections automatically so no one had to log in at all.

Best router

So I was going to try this product out but I didn’t want to Linksys products. Well it turns out that this router works really good, I have connect with all devices and I’m amazed that I have Xbox downloading at the same time and same speed. Before my Xbox would take hours to download Updates but now two Xbox’s download at 155 to 170 MB/s each. This never happen with my other router. Even my google router is no Match for this router. Speed, connection and ease of setup.

Initial setup easy

I bought this router to replace an older Netgear router that was starting to give problems. The setup process is very easy if you want to keep the default wifi names. Changing the names and password were not difficult but since I did not know you can group all the bands together in the app and change the information once. It took a little longer to setup. Everything worked very fast and I was very pleased. The only drawback that I have found so far is that when I replaced the modem the next day I had to factor reset the router to connect to the internet (not that big of a deal since I knew how to do everything now). That is why 4 stars not 5.

Awesomely Simple

This new router blows my old router out of the water. The set up was quick and easy and only took few minutes and that includes updating the firmware. I have a strong signal and higher speeds all over the house, even in places I had no signal before. The phone app is great too, makes it easy to keep an eye on things and set limits for the kids. Hands down the best router I’ve ever used and would highly recommend.

Good performance and easy setup

The AC4000 delivers solid performance and enough range to cover my home, but the real value is protection, with a fistful of security features from Netgear. It is easy to setup and mange online or thru the app.
