For a couple years we have had problems with a WiFi connection throughout our house. We had a modem supplied by Centurylink. The supplied modem finally gave up the ghost and their tech suggested we look at a more powerful modem that would cover our entire house because the one provided only covers about 1200 square feet. I never thought about that as the problem and neither did the service techs on their several trouble calls. This modem was easily installed and SOLVED OUR PROBLEMS! Everything internet connected now works great. Wish I knew this years ago, although you could argue it should be common sense. Anyone who gets a modem from their internet provider should look into getting a much better one from Netgear.

Well it took about five minutes and works like a charm! Have WiFi everywhere in a 2500 sq foot home.

Excited that it is so fast and that we don’t lose WIFI in different parts of the house. Even can go sit outside and still have it. Have to say so far so good! Definitely recommend!

Fastest speed on line

I have used better equipment for several years. Since my provider opened up the speed I have found that this router outside the rest. The connectivity throughout the house is outstanding and the speed even with speed is way up there. Best money I have spent on any product.

Best router ever!

Great router went from the Comcast to this and it is a night and day difference. The signal is much stronger and I am now able to use WIFI in the garage. Never drops a device and you get the full potential out of your device.

Nighthawk works

The Nighthawk Router is a good router for the price. You can spend much more. Remember that you wireless speed decreases by almost 50% no matter which router you purchase. Hard wire is always the best speed (but inconvenient!)

Great Upgrade

I upgraded to the Netgear Nighthawk X6S AC4000 Tri-Band Router last week. It had been about 5 years since I installed our last Netgear. I was really impressed by the ease of setup and how well the iPhone app I downloaded assisted me with install, setup and checkout of the router. I’m finally able to take advantage of the high speed cable internet signal we’ve been paying for and the coverage is great throughout our large one story home. I don’t hesitate to recommend this router to you.
