So far so good

Needed something to reach all areas of my house. My cable/internet router was not cutting it. I tried a mesh network and power line adapters and nothing was giving me the speeds or connections that I was paying for in some areas of my house. I connected this to my cable modem and turned off the WiFi on the box and let the nighthawk’s WiFi do its work .. it’s been about 7 days so far and this has been the fastest speeds I have seen with all my devices (30 ) in my smart home even in areas of the house that were previously dead zones.

Good but not Great

I recently bought this for my 2000 sq foot house. It covers it all but not much else. For a router that should cover 3500 I am a little disappointed since I thought it would stretch outside to our front and back porches. It is faster than my old router and all of our devices have no problem streaming or connecting to the internet for other purposes. I would suggest that it is only good for about 2200 square feet not the 3500 advertised. Overall I am happy just wish it would have had as much range as advertised.

Solved Home WiFi

I replaced my router provided by the cable company with Nighthawk x6S. I dealt with poor performance for years thinking it was just the way it was. This solved so many problems with my cabled and Wi-Fi connections. Great!!!

The router

This router or as some like to call it a space shuttle is more than just great. Once connected to my modem it just took off. The connectivity even in space is outstanding. I got this for my apartment which was complete over kill paired with my modem but I always wanted to be connected and not have any hiccups. The true test for this space shuttle will be once it gets to the distance of the Voyager 1 which is about 13.2 billion miles from earth. Since it’s NETGEAR I’m sure I’ll still be connected even at that distance.

Finally! Something that works. This thing gives me service all over the place. Easy to install...I am a 72 year old woman and even set it up all by myself by simply following the directions. No more dead areas in my house with a strong signal in every room. A must have for anyone with a larger home and Granddaughters!
