Disappointing

I purchased because of the tout it could cover a large structure ( Up to 3500 sq ft ). My space is ~ 2000 sq ft and the router signal will not reach some of my devices. I really needed it to work but gave up after extensive testing.

Trouble Connecting to Devices

I was using an ASUS router and thought the Netgear Nighthawk X6S AC 4000 router might be a good option. However, my Ipad and Alexa devices will not connect no matter what I do.

Incredible range. I have an older home with thick plaster walls. I could never get 5G speed beyond my designated home office space from my old modem/WiFi router. The nighthawk sends 5G signal all the way to my backyard. Incredible to have 5G throughout my home.

Router that really works

I tried two of the C7000 combo router and modems as well as two of the R7000 routers and they all kept dropping WiFi signal and/or internet. This one finally works and works great without having to tweak the settings like on the R7000!
