Great Range

We just moved into a sprawling house that the internet provider's router was not able to cover without an extender. As soon as we hooked up the Nighthawk, I checked the signal, and I can even get it at my boat at the dock ~100 yds away. I didn't expect that but was pleasantly surprised. The bandwidth is also a factor as we are now hooking up new TVs in our new home with wireless capability. Rock on!

WiFi supercharger

With the help of brother in law, my wife and myself,we got it hooked up and going. Not a plug and play but well worth the team work to get the results we have. We normally have on average 10 devices going all the time and the (R8000P) is keeping everyone hooked up with great speed. We didn't know you could get this quality and speed living out in the country. We are very happy with our NetGear product.

This router solved my WiFi issues

Had I known this router would be the end of all my WiFi troubles, I would have invested in one a lot sooner. This thing is a powerhouse and now I don't even need my WiFi extender anymore. It handles all the devices in my house (We have a lot) and is faster than my WiFi extender and old router ever was. I highly recommend this product. Netgear has some of the highest quality routers in the market today.

Performs even better than expected

I purchased this router trying to rid my household of connectivity problems such as not being able to connect when far away from the router and not having a stable connection. The nighthawk AC4000 has surpassed my dreams. I am in a house with 4 other people and since I've installed the router there have been no problems with connections and everything from streaking to playing games works very smoothly.

Easy to setup

I am familiar with Netgear Nighthawk routers so it was very easy for me to setup. The only issue I have had since I got this router about 2 weeks ago is WiFi signal dropped twice. I was hoping that with having my streaming box on it's own 5gig band that 4k streaming would be better. Maybe something in the settings just needs to be tweaked. Over all the router functions properly with little to no problems.

I can stream now!

Living in a rural area, my only access to the Internet is by satellite. I could stream video reliably only in the wee hours of the morning. Now Netgear Nighthawk AC4000 enables me to stream all day, with a greatly enlarged coverage area--about 300 feet from Nighthawk's location, through walls and all. I couldn't be happier with the improvement in service Nighthawk AC4000 gives my household. You rock, Netgear!

Great Router

I recently upgraded from another brand that didn't have MU-MIMO, and it has made a huge difference as we have over 25 devices, and rely heavily on the internet. I love the fact I can remote I. From my phone to run diagnostics, as my mother works from home and is not as tech savvy. The antennas cover all three floors with out a major drop in signal. If anyone is willing to drop the money on a router, this is it!

Wow, Great Router

I hate to say this but I was a diehard Linksys, but after going thru 3 routers in 2 year a friend recommended Netgear. I must say the Nighthawk is so much better. It was easy to setup and configure. I like having 3 different WiFi choices so I can segment everything and with using the Parental controls I can restrict where and how much my family uses the internet. I can also log who went where and how long they were on.
